    Need help I am a shy person and sometimes I notice girls looking at me but I don't have the guts t walk up to them I'm 18

    Dude... the best thing for you to really do... or what worked for me... is find someone they know and get close... silently listen in on their convorsations and if and when the time is right... make a funny comment (not neccisarily talking to anyone)... someone will notice and get you talking

    Being shy can really get you down,the fear of rejection for some is enough to stop then doing something talking to someone they really like.

    I have posted a link to a thread by kctiger,in this thread there are loads of tips and adivce for someone who is shy.

    Yes you can! Feel the fear and do it anyway!
    Just go, don't bother with your feeling. Just be friends with them first.You'll find out that its not hard to do.It only takes the will to do it! We've been there! Your not alone with your feelings!
