    Check/replace the combination light switch.

    You need to check power out at the plugs on the lights. See if there is a good ground or not at the plug.

    Let us know what you find.

    Do you have only High, and it won't switch, or do you have a High and nothing?

    I figured out the problem. All 3 fuses were good for the low beams but the relay was bad. All 4 are under the hood in the fuse box... easy fix. 10 minutes, a test light, owners manual, and $35 for a relay.
