Im 16 and have been having sex since i was 15 with the same person. I use protection every time. Its been 7 months since ive last had sex. 2 months ago i masterbated. A day after i did that my vagina got really sore. The outter and inner lips were puffy and red and sore.the **** and opening felt like they'd been cut or something the skin was peeling and there was white thck creamy smelly substance coming out of me. I tried some monistat to try to ease the sore and red parts bt it didn't. It was very uncomfortablr to stand or sit or walk for long periods. This problems went on for 2 weeks. The soreness stop and rdeness went away bt the smell and substance stayed... it is still going on at this moment and now the soreness is back.. i want to go to a doctor bt im afraid because my parents don't know im sexually active... im adfraid i had an std... can i even for see a doctor about this without having a parent?. please help!

It can or may be many things, and you can get infections from masturbation also. So you need to see the doctor,

I will be blunt, you felt you were old enough to have sex, so time to act old enough to at least tell your mom you may have an infection and need to see the doctor

It sounds like a yeast infection or vaginal irritation. The vaginal irritation MIGHT be able to be treated simply by soaking your vagina in baking soda and water for 20 minutes. I've had that problem several times and this always worked for me. It sounds very much like the vaginal irritation to me. I suggest you go see a doctor ASAP. Why hide it from your parents? Several girls get yeast infections and vaginal irritations... even small children. Google "vaginal irritation" to learn more.
