22- too old to dance pro?
I am 22 years old and would like to dance as a back - up dancer. I have been dancing on and off since I was very young. I am not too sure what kind of training I should invest in since I would like to improve myself. Should I take some more lessons or go to auditions straight away? I have danced Latin American and hip hop.

    Thank you!

Definitely not too old, perfect age I would say. As for more lessons versus going straight to audition, I would do whatever makes you feel confident about your ability. Perhaps do both, start attending auditions now, it sounds like you have plenty of dance background. And then to supplement your skills, and build confidence, which is what will ultimately get you the job you want, take lessons that interest you. Never stop learning. Good luck in your endeavors!
