What Do I Do Or Say?
Okay I'm 17, and had a job at a retail store for 19 months. I was recently terminated for theft, although it was just a bad situation gone wrong. Another employee was modifying prices and I did not stop or report this activety. Resulting in myself being fired; considered an accomplice. What do I say when applying for another retail job? What can I say?

    You basically have three options.

    1. tell the truth and put down you were fired

    2. Lie, say you quit, and hope they don't check the reference

    3. don't list them as employment, since no employment will be better than one saying you were fired for theft.
