    Error message while surfing
I am running xp pro version 2002 sp3 and use chrome to surf net.

I sometimes get this error message while surfing.
"The procedure entry point_except_handler_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll"

I click OK on message box and I surf without any problem.

Could this be a virus infection??

I don't believe it's a virus. I believe it happens when that dll file is replaced by a third-party program or by a Vista version running on your XP machine.

I wonder if downloading the msvcrt.dll and putting it in your system32 folder if this will help? Hmmmm
