    Is it common when you file chapter 7,
    Is it common when you file chapter 7 that a trustee can keep or take your tax refund from you for up to three years? I was never told of this by my Attorney or that there was even a trustee in this. He took my money and fild paper work have not seen him but two time's and when I call he is never there or "it's going ok" is all I get by phone.from his help. Please someone help am I being taken by this man? I don't trust him anymore.
