    Child hurt head
    My son fell at school and hit his head its been several hours and he said his neck hurts and he hardly can move it

    We have a few medical experts (one's a nurse). I'll PM her. How about going to an ER for x-rays?

    I agree with WG.

    If he were my son, I would take him to the ER, just to be safe...

    I have little kids and when it comes to hitting their heads, I take them in, especially if they complain of it hurting after a while. It's always good to be safe then sorry.
