    Selling a lien against an evicted tenant for back rent
    I expect to win a judgement against an evicted tenant for money owed forrent and damages. I've been told that I can sell the lien to a company that buys them; I can then get the money owed (with a percentage taken out, I'm assuming). How can I find the right kind of reputable company?
