    I have windows Vista, dial-up, I can't download anything from email. Tab recovered.
    I have Windows Vista, dial-up, I can't download anything from email. I click save and it says "tab recovered", and I keep getting a window saying exployer has shut down. I'm still on line, I click off the exployer quit working, and can go to other sites.
