Bankruptcy is better before or after my Conference/Mediation for credit card debt?
I am going to file for bankruptcy and have to go to a pretrail conference/mediation tomorrow. If possible would it be better for me to file before the hearing, or does it not make any difference? If I file after the pretrail will it make things more difficult for me? If so how so?

If you file before, it saves you the trouble of the hearing
