What are the specfics of an EMP, what is the radius?
An EMP has been mounted on a object capable of air travel, the EMP is the latest and best offered. What would the general radius of the Pulse/burst be? And what factors would reduce the area? Also, would it be possible to direct the flow of an EMP in a single direction? If so would this increase its distance because of the area being reduced. Other than a nuclear weapon, or an atomic weapon, would there be any other way to create a pulse/ burst that big?
