    Keeping heat upstairs
    Im renting a 2 story house that is I would say at least 80 or 90 yrs old. My landlord won't let me put plastic up. I have celing fans would this help. There is no cold air returns upstairs. It is open area between downstairs and there is no doors or walls. It gets cold upstairs.
