Incorporating
Small Company recently moved from one state to another. We were incorporated in previous state do we need to incorporated in new state as Domestic or Foreign entity. The company is an LLC. Any help would be appreciated.

Incorporating
YOU cannot be an LLC and a corporation at the same time.
If an LLC, just expand it to this new state.
IF it was a corporation, you MUST file as a FOREIGN corp.
Then of course, you must get a biz license separately from that.
