Are you using ms outlook? Or outlook express? You may need to go through your options and see if there is a safety feature you need to turn off to allow you to see these links or be able to click on them. Such as a trust feature. Anyway I hope this helps. If you're not using outlook respond back with what you use and we can see if we can get this fixed.
