    If you are asking if a company can somehow remove the felony from your record only an Attorney can advise you on that, based on your State, the type of crime.

    If you are looking for employment you need to apply as many places as you can.

    Or do you have some other question?

    There is no easy answer. Did you lose your license?

    Best thing you can do is keep applying. Even if you get hired the problem is going to be commercial insurance.
