    G4 visa work permit and leave of absence
    I have an employee on my staff who has a G4 visa and work permit. Her work permit will expire shortly but I'd like to keep her on our books as an employee but place her on a leave of absence. Is this possible?

    No... you must provide employment contract and the term must be reasonable.
