    Paint
Have 100 year old house with interior plaster walls, have owned house for 12 years. Beginning when I bought house there is one room that the paint peels off in sheets. House is interior row house so there can't be moisture in all 4 walls. Have scraped peeling paint, primed and painted. 2 -3 yrs go by and paint peels. The priming, painting and peeling and happened 3 times since buying house. Have used KILZ primer and mid grade interior paint from Duron or Sherwin Williams. Any thoughts?

I can think of two possible causes
    1) Could you be painting latex paint over an oil coat?
    2) Is there some reason why that room would be more humid than elsewhere? (i.e. lots of plants, humidifier etc)

Row house: roof leak, or maybe people next door running a humidifier all day and night.
Old free standing house: leak down inside of outside wall from failed gutter/fascia/flashing/window flashing etc.
Or even what happened to me in a 1950s house: slow leak in an iron baseboard heat pipe in upper room knee wall closet dripping down inside wall.
