Ok, no one is going to help you without a lot more info.
Please give a complete question and info
1. is company still in business, ( if so merely contact HR)
2. how long ago was it
3. again, tax records from those years will show who it was paid to
But there is no magic way, no national record for you to keep track of your own money.
If you left that company you normally move the money to your own private plans

First yes it is on the pay stub, but they have to send you a statement at least every year when you were paying to use for your income tax deductions, Plus to show you the interest and how investments did.
So at this point going back to your old company if still in business, or contacting other employees you new

There is a company called "Mutual Risk Management" based in Bermuda, but it appears to be in the business of reinsurance for corporations, not administering 401(k) accounts for US employeees, so I doubt it's the correct company. See: Mutual Risk Management Ltd. (MRM) - Hamilton Bermuda - Company Snapshot - AlacraStore.com
myjimmy13 - you're going to have to give us a bit more to go on. See if you can find out the full name of the company that served as plan administrator. As Fr_Chuck suggests - search your old records for any quarterly or annual statements you should have received from the plan admninistrator, and also try to locate any former colleagues who may be able to tell you how to contact the administrator.

Have you contacted your old company? Do you have any old statements listing the administrator? Have you contacted the Social Security Administration?

You need to find out who the plan administrator is. To get started, you can:
1. Look through your files for old statements.
2. Call the HR department at your old employer and ask, or ask your former boss
3. Ask or call any former colleagues - they may know who the admin is.

How long has it been? Some plans have administrative fees which can eat up funds if left too long in the plan.
If you know which company administered the plan (Fidelity, Schwab, Etc) you can call them and let them know which company you were with when the funds were deposited. They will have it on file and be able to help you with it.
The other alternative is to contact the company for which you worked at the time the funds were deposited.
You must fill out specific paperwork to have the funds released to you.
