    Little brown spots on right hand
    I'm 35male,I've noticed little tiny freckle looking brown spots on my right hand about 10 in all 5 near inside palm 4-5on tip of inside middle finger what can this be.thanks

    That is just what they are, little freckles, I would worry about them, we all get them. When you are older, say around 50 or so, you can call them liver spots.

    Of course, if they are a raised bump and red around the outside, then that could signify skin cancer.
