Okay there is literally no reason to be hating on her for just asking a question. He can't get arrested unless you or your guardians press charges.. I'm also 15 and my boyfriend is 20.. It's on a 5 year difference and in a few years no one will think anything of it. Everyone on here is freaking out because you're only 15 blahblahblah. It's stupid that people are hating on you for just asking a simple question, I'm sorry that you have to put up with that because I did at first too. Me & my boyfriend have been together for almost 11 months and guess what? I'm not pregnant, he hasn't been arrested and both of our families have no problem with it.. But I've known my boyfriend for 3 years so we trust each other to the extreme. GOODLUCK<3

First, no one is "hating" on anyone. A question was asked and answered. The asker showed some vulgarity and attitude which were commented on.

Second, your advice is not accurate. Depending on where one lives it does not take a parent or guardian to press charges. If the sexual activity can be proven (like the minor gets pregnant), then the local authorities can prosecute.

I agree with you, in a few years when you are BOTH ADULT, a 5 year difference won't matter. But now it does. Frankly, parents that allow their 15 yr old daughter to date a 20 yr old, are not being responsible parents. Just because he hasn't been arrested doesn't mean he won't be.
