    Q about the splits
    Hi,

    I have been training for the splits since ever. And it's not that I didn't get them, but I practice each day and I actually stretch until I reach the ground, and sit on the splits. It look like I had got them, but when I get up and slide to the splits it feels stiff, not as flexible as I was the other minute when I was sitting in the splits. Also, it feels like some pain in my right leg (the leg I do the splits with, I'm doing the right splits). And what frustrates me A lot is that when I wake up the other day it feels super super super stiff, even when I stretch at night before I sleep. And then I have to stretch again for 1 hour. Its exhausting and it feels like I'm never going to get them! Any advice??
