    Is there a specific entity to which you're going to be submitting the proposals, please? I ask because if it's a certain, particular entity, maybe they have a certain format in which the proposals need to be submitted?

    Well mainly state cleaning as in army offices, schools, colleges, some small hostipals for va etc thanks for your help just need a start
