    Credit reports
I gave my bankruptucy lawyer a list of credit cards to file under bankruptcy. I was discharged a year ago. I got a credit report a month ago and 5 of those credit cards are still on the report? Does that mean I have to pay them?

No, if they were listed on the bankruptcy and you should have a copy of the bankruptcy filing showing they were listed ( not just you giving a lawyer a list but what he actually turned into the court)

And how are they showing up, they most likely will show discharged in bankruptcy.

If they are showing due, contact the reporting agency, supply them a copy of the paper work showing they were included in the bankruptcy and they will take them off.
