    $5 1934C Star Silver Certificate
I am trying to determine the value of a five dollar 1934C star bill. The bill has some definite wear but still extremely legible (no rips or tears), and the bill is slightly off centered on the front and back. It has a blue seal, and the serial number is *14918400A. Signatories are Juliane and Snyder (I think). Thanks.
