My exspouse died in June 2010 and he had a lump sum amount of child support totalling $75,000 that he couldn't get when he was living. I have been receiving $627.00 since November 2009 per month in back childsupport there is a judgement in the amount of $65,900 that he owe in back child support and $19,000 to the state of Texas what happens now that he died. I did received a check for $627 in July and August after his deathwhat is next?
