I think your dad did the right thing there, name calling aside.

What he's telling you is, it is hard to stop having sex, once you start. You could go out 100% determined not to, but find yourself in a position where it is just too hard to say no. At least, on the chance that that could happen, you will have protection. So, he's saying tuck them in your purse, he likely doesn't want to see you sexually active, but, he cannot control you 24/7, and at least this way, you won't be pregnant. I think everybody agrees with your father that it is far better for your future, if you don't have sex.

Prove him wrong. Do well at school, cut the sex completely, and when you graduate highschool, and head down that path to college, hand him back the condoms and say you never needed them. I think that would be music to any parent's ears.

As to the list. You're already on your way. No sex. Do well at school. Plan and work hard to get into college. Recognize photography is a talent.

I carry one with me when I'm with my boyfriend in case anything does happen.Ima get on BC soon. Just because my period was heavy before. I would be going through like 10 pads a day. That's not normal. Sense I lost my viginity, I only go through to a day. Sometimes 3.
But I will stay in school. School comes before boys. I already know.

Just take a deep breath, walk in the school with your head high. Tell yourself how much you want to succeed and you will. Look people in the eye when you talk with them especially teachers and staff. You'll do great litte girl.:)
