    Why I am so lethargic drowsy sleepy all the time, I am only 30
    I am always lethargic as if no energy to move at all
    What could be the reason. Nothing interests me. :rolleyes:

    Time to visit your doctor... it can be anything from a physical ailment to depression.

    Time to see the doctor. It really is hard to say. It could be something really minor, but then again may be something a little more concerning.

    Your doctor should be able to run a battery of tests and come up with some cause and treatment.

    I am vitamin D deficient. 17 in/mg only.
