    New Year's Resolution?
Hi everyone, This is a two part question. Since we are approaching a New Year, just curious to see if:

    1) Are you planning on making a New Year's Resolution for 2007? If yes, care to share what it is?

    2) Have you made past New Year's resolutions, that you actually were successful in keeping?

Okie dokie, well I have a New Year's Resolution... ya want to hear it..?

Allheart will not be asking this question next year. That's for sure. LOL :p

Yikes! Is anyone home? So lonely on this island of No Responses :(

    That's okay, I understand. Honest.

Happy Holidays to everyone... and Happy New Year :D

    Hi Allheart!

    I'm here!!

My New Year's resolution is to be more attentive about peoples feelings by not talking about them and minding my own business. I live in a small town and small towns are always full of drama! So... I have 10 more days to be a "gabberbox"! (Lol... just kidding)

And to question #2... no, I have never kept a New Year's resolution. But I will this year!

    P.S. Allheart... what is yours?

    Single,

Thank you so much and welcome to my island.. . LOL

Mine? Oh my, guess that is why I asked. I have so many things I need to work on and I didn't know which to pick. I think If I narrow it down to 25, there's a possibility I MAY keep one.

I think the most important one though, would be to "cleanse" myself inside. Get rid of
The not so good feelings, so I can make room inside for other's troubles. In connection to that, just getting back to who I really am, and pay more attention to hubby and his troubles. The heavy load that he carries. I used to be so good about helping him carry the load, and somehow I feel I am letting my side slip. So I guess that would be my number 1 thing to work on. Just forget my little aches and pains inside, which I think then that would free me up, to once again, help carry the load. Yeh, I think that's going to be it for me. I think, currently, I am just going through the motions, and not doing it with the same energy and desire that I used to. Somehow I got tired. Thanks so much for helping me work through it.

Sorry you asked huh :). But many thanks for asking. Good luck with yours as well :):).

I wholeheaterdly agree. I do tend to get serious about certain things. For example the quality of help given here. But I'm actually a pretty humorous guy.

To be thoughful and kind to everyone, and pray the world will stop fighting, and let peace be the rule, not the exception.

I have done my best to keep them.

Oh, Scott, that is a stupid resolution! I think New Years Resolutions are just plain stupid anyway!!

    JUST KIDDING!! :D

I usually don't make them, I eat healthy, exercise, treat people the way I want to be treated and yadda yadda yadda.

But this year I think will be different. I am going to concentrate harder on my studies to bring my B up to an A.

    I think.:p

I know I tend to be serious about certain things, but when people are surprised by my having a sense of humor, I am non plussed. Just shows they don't know me very well. :D
