    You can't... you aren't legally emancipated from your parents (or if in a foster home - the county or state) that still hold parental rights.

    I take it you are in foster care? If that is the case, your foster parents, or the foster home, as the case may be, are responsible for you, and your well being.

    If you have a caseworker, which you probably do, I would advise you to contact them to help you.

    How old are you? What is your legal status?Where do you live? etc.
