How do I switch mineral rights into my name that my dad gave me
My dad recently gave me mineral rights to about 2 acres of land that he once owned. He now lives across the state and mailed me the papers to get them changed into my name. How do I do this with him not being here, do I have to mail them back to get them notarized?
