Not really, ( a real tech issue) since if you don't fulfill the terms of the program it will be.
At this point it is still a "charge" and the sentence is being withheld being complete program, where charges are dismissed.
So no, what is the issue for the reason to know

The reason why I wanted to know was my job terminated me because they said it is a conviction I explain to them at this point it is not one yet. Can I sue them for wrongfull dismissal.

You were arrested for it, and since you accepted the punishment admitted guilt.
So were you fired for doing the crime, or for having a conviction.
What part of the company policy did it violate ?
Most crimes that allow this are merely misdemeanors anyway ?

I was fired for the conviction. They said it was a major infraction they said a conviction of a crime that is detrimental to the company.

Should I plead Guilty or Not Guilty to a Fix-it-Ticket?

I'm hoping someone has had some experience with Fix-it-Tickets and could offer some advice.
