    What is the property of an atom in terms of sub atomic particles? An atom is neutral, so, the number of protons is (equal to / greater than / less than) the number of electrons?

    For the second one, the correct way is to go using orbitals. Have you done these yet?

    Yes, I'm not doing the homework of the asker, I'm guiding him/her to the answer. :) I'm trying to initiate the thinking skills, using what he/she can recall from his/her lessons.

    By glycolysis.for example when you are so active that your respiratory system could not meet your oxygen need,they reach energy by glycolysis.the product of the glycolysis pathway is pyruvate.Pyruvate can be used in different mtabolic pathways.In muscle for example pyruvate at last produces lactate,wich cause feeling pain in your muscles after exercise.
