    A mushroom is growing from sink backsplash what is it?
    A mushroom looking thing is growing from broken backsplash at sink.what could it be?

    Wow, that is entirely not right ! There must be mold and mildew in that area that's why this has happened. I would suggest you wash down with bleach and scrub.

    Definitely damp or mould.I've seen them grow in the corners of a ceiling,
