    Calling cards
    Hi,

I intend to setup my calling calling card business in USA. The required hardware and software has been deployed, but before proceeding further I would like to seek some info on FCC's regulations. Can anybody here guide me what is the procedure and how I should register myself to FCC? What category should I choose to register.

I don't know what that could mean? Can you describe what this is please?
