    Washington State Mobile Home Repo.
    I understand that my purchase of my manufactured home is like purchasing a car, so they can come and take it. However if I default on my payments by three months or two months which ever, how long do I have before I have to get out? My home is in a park.

    They can any time they want that is over the limit in your contract, so anytime after 30 days they can do a repo on it.

    So it is just up to the collection agency or depatment over this,
    Most likely they really don't want a mobile home since they will love money on it. So if they believe you will work out payments they normally will
