    Pain during periods?
    I am 22 years and experience severe pain on first day of period from beginning. From about last six month this pain has increased and I even have it on second and third day. My painkiller does not help. Is it just normal or I may have some problem?

    Well, where is the pain? Some pains are normal. Cramping, back pain, and breast tenderness are pretty common. But if any pain is to the point where it is keeping you in bed or preventing you from going about your normal day, it's time to see the doctor.

    There are several schools of thought on this and its worth a mention to your doctor,evening primrose oil taken orally has been known to help with cronic period pain,also regular exercise combined with a healthy diet.
