    Hot neutral wire-lights not working.
My outside lights are not working. I have a black and white and ground coming into the switch and a black and white and ground coming into the light box. At the light box with the switch off, I touch the white and ground-have juice. I touch the black and ground-no juice. I turn the switch on and there is juice on both the black to ground and white to ground, but not black to white. There is now juice coming to the light box, but only black to ground and not black to white. Switch off there is no juice to light box. Since there is no black to white juice I cannot get the lights to work. Anybody know what is going on?
