    Domestic violence
I live in Tn and divorced my abusive husband 3 years ago after 33 years of terrible abuse. I have many pictures and hospital records to prove the abuse I suffer. Even though he was never arrested can I still go to court and prosecute him ?

You can't prosecute him - I don't even think you can sue him.

What are you intending to sue him for? What are your monetary damages?

That's all you can sue for - and it should have been addressed in the divorce.

The DA , but if it is over 3 years old, in most cases the statue of limitation has ran out.
