    Maybe he needs to go see a doctor. If he is older ie:30's and up. Things can happen to a man's sex drive or function as he gets older.

    If you like having sex, I'd find another new boyfriend. If you like taking on life long projects to "fix" people, and are willing to do WITHOUT sex in the meanwhile, then keep him.
