    Hi all.

    Boy, I spend a night with my family and you all get chatty.

    My arm is killing me! R and I had a dart tournament yesterday. I think I overdid it. I actually woke up because my arm hurt so bad. :(

    I'm so out of shape! :o

    Aww poor alty, should startgoing to the gym and doing some weights... wait on second thought no don't do that :)

    I'd be buff and kick arse in darts.

    Sadly I can't afford the gym. Too expensive, and I can't commit to go every day, especially when the kids are on summer break.

    I'll have to work out at home, as soon as I clear a space to do it.

    My arm feels like it's going to fall off! :eek:

    You could call the kids in, grab one in each hand, and lift

    Working out and looking after the kids, what's not to like :D

    But remember to breath ;)
