Super Shallow. Thanks for the picture, even though it is just the size of a postage stamp. It gives a good indication of your original color as well as your new one. How do you cover yourself when you go out? Do you use makeup? The only thing I can think of that would get rid of stubborn color on a person who is depigging is a phenol peel, but this is drastic.

Super shallow you have few options to fix this.

    1. increase the strength
    2. add retin a
    3. try to cover it up with plastic like bandana lol it will work that what worked for me.
    Best of luck

Phenol peel is the harshest of all peels, I really do not advice anyone to get near these stuff. I worked with liquefied phenol some nasty stuff, please people do not mess with this, it can leave you scarred for life.

Yeah, that's why it should only be done by a dermatologist. You have to have anesthesia for it, but it decreases the pigmentation. But it is a drastic step.

No problem any time, one more thing try to add more in that area, i.e use a lot of mono in it. The thing is I noticed, when you apply in your face I apply in my check and chin first with a lot of mono then by the time I apply to my forehead, I only apply little amount. I found that that area was not catching up as fast, now I cake on it, like a mask. If you also cover it up, you will defiantly see improvement soon.
    Good luck
