    There are people from all over the world here.

    If you start to ask questions in the forum topic areas that really interest you, you will be likely to attract those persons who are interested in the same things that you are.

    For now, you've posted about needing a friend. So, that's the kind of responses that you're going to get - about finding a specific kind of friend.

    If you ask a technical question, you'll find even more kinds of people who are into that about which you inquire.
