    Can a corp,s bank acct be garnished if the signatory has judgement's ag hm personal
    Ppersonal judgement can that be applied to a corporate acct

    No,

    But, if the person with the garnishment has been using the corporations money as his private bank account, and has not properly keep the corporation properly done. Then it can be asked for in court.

    For example, if they send the money for perosnal items, put their personal money in it. Then it is not truly corporate but a personal account being used to hide personal money
