    Chapter 13!
    What do I expect when entering bankruptcy court,and what do I need the day of filing?:o

    The day you file, you take all the paperwork up to the clerks window, pay them the fee , they stamp all the copies of the paper work and give you a receipt.

    A hearing date will be set latter.
