    As Jesushelper said, it can vary from woman to woman.

    Some of the more common symptoms that are possible early on, other than the missed or unusual period and nausea, can be sore breasts/nipples, slight cramping/backache... feeling as if your period is about due, frequent urination, being more tired than usual, and increased vaginal discharge.
