    Okay
    I'm in foster care right now and I am 16 and mnight be pregnant. I'm at the age were I could be manstapated but people say I'm not ready what if I told them that I am pregnet and give them a test sample do you think that they will manstapate me yes or no

    No, "they" will not. In order to be emancipated you have to be of legal age, with an education, with your own place to live (not with friends or relatives) and self supporting.

    In some States pregnancy DOES emancipate a person but if you are in foster care that is a different situation and the Courts control your destiny.

    You can always apply for emancipation.
