    Board of External Examinations osmainia University
    Dear Sir,
    I have passed my B.A. Examination vide Roll No.9423 in the year December 1992and have received the marks sheet but till date I have not received the.B.A.Degree.Pl. tell me to whome should I write and is there any fee for that.
