I am looking to buy a house in the near future, although I don't know if I should wait until the real estate bubble bursts. Should I rent now and wait for prices to come down or should I buy now?

    Thanks.

    Zylstra,

I am one of the top agents here in the Redondo Beach area. Although pricing has softened a bit here in the last 3 months, all indicators are showing that this is not a bubble. If you are looking to buy, now is a great time to do it, deals can be found and appreciation still looks good for 2005. Let me know how I can help or maybe we can get together to show you what I am talking about.

Does any one here know about real estate. I'm wondering which aspect of the whole career is best as in buying a house fixing it up and selling or going through companies. Or if they are two totally different things in all. Just any info would be appreciated. Thanks
