    Rent Rebate in PA Will I get mines this year after moving from my mother n laws house
    In the previous year I was denied because they said my renting the basement wasn't a separate dwelling and that she did not include the rent I pay on her taxes but now that I have moved do I now qualify. I am on disability.

    Yes, if you are renting an apartment or separate house.
